Day to Day

Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate closely with Engineering and Drafting teams to align production timelines.
Partner with Purchasing to manage material requirements and availability.
Lead regular production control meetings to identify and address bottlenecks.
Track and manage KPIs to ensure production efficiency and performance goals are met.
Collaborate with leadership on capacity planning, manpower forecasting, and inventory optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in steel fabrication or utility pole production is preferred.
Strong understanding of BOM structures, MRP/ERP systems, and production control principles.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making.
