Location: Lima, OH

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000

Job Function:

Responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and minimal downtime. Leads and develops the maintenance team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee facility operations including buildings, grounds, utilities, and equipment.
Maintain and repair production machinery (presses, rolling mills, welders, cranes, furnaces, etc.).
Use MP2 system to schedule/document preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
Manage budgets, capital projects, and critical parts inventory.
Coordinate contractor work for equipment and facility needs.
Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Assign and monitor work orders for timely completion.
Ensure full compliance with company and legal safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing facility with comparable equipment.
3-5 years management experience with proven leadership and team development skills.
OSHA 30 Certification required; additional maintenance-related certifications a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to produce charts, graphs, and reports.
Preferred but not required: Degree or Trade School Certificate (Electrical or Mechanical).
Strong decision-making ability, adaptability, and participation as part of the management team.
