The Client:
Our client specializes in sheet metal fabrication in the North of Dallas and is looking to add Welders to their already established team due to their growth and work prospects since the start of 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using a variety of techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and align metal parts for welding.
- Operate welding equipment and other tools in a safe manner.
- Inspect and test welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a welder, with proficiency in various welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in welding.
