β Core Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end operations across fabrication, construction, field services, dispatch, and quality
- Own project delivery performance, profitability, and P&L outcomes across all divisions
- Align and optimize cross-functional operations to improve efficiency, margins, and on-time execution
- Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and capacity management across shop and field
- Approve major bids and contracts (>$250K) and manage operational risk
- Develop and lead operational leadership teams, strengthening bench strength and succession readiness
- Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions
