Core Function:

This position will play a key role in supporting the planning, design, execution, and completion of utility infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop structural designs for tubular steel transmission, distribution, and substation structures using engineering software.
  • Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and contribute to quality control measures during project execution.
  • Work with project managers, engineers, and utility stakeholders to optimize project efficiency and resolve technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing project workflows and staying up to date with emerging industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-5 years in project engineering, utility infrastructure, or construction engineering.
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as PLS-Pole, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT certification is a plus. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
