Position: Superintendent
Location: Houston TX ,Tulsa OK, Orange CA, Tucson AZ, Reserve LA, Alton IL, Bellingham WA
Compensation: $45 - $65 per hour (DOE) + mandatory overtime

The Position:
The Superintendent partakes in above-ground storage tank projects and specialty vessels, ensuring a strong commitment to safety and ethical standards.

Responsibilities:
* Determine methods of construction, safety procedures and requirements, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule and documents hours worked.
* Coordinate assigned work with different departments and/or other contractors.
* Maintains liaison with safety department, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with safety policies, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* Maintains communication with the HR Department to resolve issues of requisitioning required manpower.
* Documents and ensures corrective safety measures are implemented.
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in similar positions, with at least 1 year experience supervising craft employees.
* 4-year engineering degree.
* Experience working with above ground storage tanks and specialty vessels is required.
* Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
