We are looking to recruit a dynamic officer to join the Temporary Accommodation Reduction Project. As a Tenancy Management and Resettlement Officer you will report directly to the Temporary Accommodation Reduction Project Manager. Your Primary role will be the resettlement of HFU refugees. Affordability assessments and benefit start ups.
You will be an experienced Discharge of Duty Officer who has a extensive knowledge of the Homelessness Reduction Act and relevant legislation, guidance and case law relating to homelessness and temporary accommodation and experience with affordability and suitability assessments.
You will have excellent communication skills and substantial experience in working within a high-pressure environment. You will understand the need to make thorough decisions within tight timescales and be able to effectively manage your workload.
