💰 Salary: $187,500 - $241,250 (including per diem & auto allowance)
💪 Experience: 8-10+ years in construction leadership, with significant AST or heavy industrial experience
About the Role
Lead above-ground storage tank (AST) projects from pre-job planning through field execution and maintenance. Oversee multiple craft and subcontract crews, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations. Serve as the primary on-site leader, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and collaboration with clients, project management, and field teams.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience supervising construction crews on AST, industrial, or heavy structural projects
- Hands-on experience with construction, repair, and maintenance of above-ground storage tanks
- Strong knowledge of tank codes, standards, and construction methods
- Proven leadership and communication skills; client-facing experience
- Familiarity with site reporting, budgeting, and scheduling tools
- Ability to embed safety culture, monitor performance metrics, and mentor field teams
- Willingness to work full-time onsite with variable hours as project demands
