💼 Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction
📍 Location: U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas)

About the Role
Lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Oversee daily field operations, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and coordinate multiple trade partners. Serve as the primary on-site leader, fostering safety, professionalism, and collaboration across all project stakeholders. Projects include municipal facilities such as fire stations and healthcare administrative buildings, with a multi-year pipeline of work.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Experience managing projects across the full project lifecycle
- Background in municipal, fire station, or healthcare construction is a plus
- Hands-on experience supervising field operations on projects ranging $5M-$60M
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site
- Must be willing to relocate to St. Thomas
