The Role
As a Superintendent, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and trades on complex infrastructure projects.
- Resolve challenges with innovative solutions, maintaining safety and site efficiency.
- Mentor a skilled project team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely progress on milestones.
The Candidate
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale civil projects, including railways or major transportation hubs.
- Proven leadership and team management skills in high-stakes construction environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
