🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors
* Ensure projects meet safety standards and OSHA compliance
* Maintain schedules, site reports, and project documentation
* Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
* Travel across regional project sites and oversee execution
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
* 10+ years' experience as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
* Background in retail, commercial, or light industrial construction
* Experience delivering projects valued between $15M-$40M
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and site coordination
* Willingness and ability to travel for project delivery
