Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

To oversee steel structure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Manage multiple projects using formal project planning techniques.
- Set up and manage project schedules and fabrication objectives.
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Communicate progress toward production, financial, quality, and safety goals.
- Negotiate change orders and maintain customer relationships.
- Identify resource requirements, ensuring efficient capacity planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of industry experience, including 5 years in project management (commercial fabrication experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with the AISC Manual of Steel Construction and construction codes.
- Preferred: PMP certification, experience with FabSuite, Tekla, and other related software.
