Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead projects, support technical teams, and represent the company in client meetings. This role focuses on managing complex projects, delivering high-quality engineering solutions, and contributing to business growth through strong client relationships.
Day to Day
- Lead and manage large or complex projects (or multiple smaller projects).
- Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
- Review and develop technical specifications and project documents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Solve complex engineering challenges and ensure quality control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain.
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
