You will be responsible for:

· Develop estimates for building projects through collaboration with various disciplines, coordinating fabrication, purchasing, field erection, pre-construction, and third-party vendors.

· Apply experience in estimating structural drawings and managing bids, with a strong understanding of structural steel fabrication standards and procedures.

· Assist field personnel by estimating Change Orders, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and clarifying Requests for Information (RFIs).

· Accurately prepare detailed cost estimates for all project aspects, including quantity take-offs, detailed cost breakdowns, line item summaries, and subcontractor breakdowns by division.

Required experience:

3 years of steel estimating

Project management experience

Previous experience working in a steelwork fabricator
