A leading UK contractor delivering new build projects nationwide is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in structural steel and cladding systems. With continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations on steel and cladding projects
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
Oversee construction programmes and technical drawings
Ensure full H&S compliance and quality control
Produce progress reports and manage variations
Requirements
3+ years' site management experience in steel and cladding
Strong knowledge of structural steel erection and cladding installation
CSCS (Manager level), SMSTS & First Aid
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Willingness to work UK wide
