The Role
You'll take ownership of structural steel installation projects from pre-start through to handover, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead structural steel installation activities across multiple live sites.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and daily operations.
- Carry out site surveys, pre-start meetings and safety inspections.
- Oversee RAMS, site documentation and programme reporting.
- Coordinate quality inspections, snagging and project close-out.
- Work closely with Contracts Managers to keep projects moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous Site Management experience within structural steel.
- SSSTS qualification (minimum).
- Crane Supervisor qualification.
- CSCS Gold Card.
- Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance.
Desirable
- IPAF.
- PASMA.
- First Aid qualification.
