Job Title: Senior Tekla Detailer / Lead Tekla Detailer (AISC, Structural Steel)
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 + 401k (4% match) + BCBS + PTO + Bonus Potential

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain 3D structural steel models in Tekla Structures
* Produce fabrication and erection drawings, BOMs, and CNC files
* Coordinate with the fabrication shop to resolve detailing and production issues
* Support project teams with constructability reviews, sequencing, and revisions
* Review junior detailing work and maintain internal detailing standards
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 10+ years Tekla detailing experience (heavy industrial preferred)
* Strong background in structural steel detailing and fabrication drawings
* Experience generating RFIs and managing drawing revisions
* Familiarity with AISC standards and industrial project environments
* AutoCAD and PowerFab experience highly desirable
