You'll play a key role in leading field operations, developing project teams, and driving successful project execution on some of the industry's most exciting energy developments.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite construction activities for large-scale energy storage projects and associated infrastructure projects.
- Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and installation teams throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimating, project management, and field teams to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Plan labour, equipment, materials, and construction activities while proactively resolving project challenges.
- Manage site access, civil works, medium and low-voltage electrical installations, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in construction supervision, ideally within EPC, electrical contracting, renewable energy, or utility infrastructure.
- Previous experience delivering Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), commercial solar, or similar energy projects.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and field operations.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex construction projects.
- STS (Safety Trained Supervisor) certification is advantageous.
- Experience reviewing 3D construction models and coordinating project execution is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel or relocate for project assignments across the United States.
