We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Altrincham - helping us connect top talent to the construction, civil engineering and manufacturing markets across the United States.
It's a busy, competitive market, but you already know that. You've done your time building relationships, juggling clients and candidates, and you quite like the thrill of making things happen (and being paid properly for doing so).

Who you are
You're already working in recruitment - probably billing well, but thinking there's room to earn more and be trusted to get on with it. You're commercially sharp, a natural relationship-builder, and the sort of person who doesn't need micromanaging (and wouldn't tolerate it anyway).
You might not be an expert in US markets yet, but you know how to pick up a phone, build rapport, and deliver results. You're ambitious, professional, and occasionally capable of laughing at the absurdities of recruitment life.
