As a Senior Construction Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from pre-construction through completion, working alongside experienced construction professionals to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned construction scopes from planning through project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain project schedules.
- Support procurement activities, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules while helping resolve construction issues.
- Review drawings, specifications, and field work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Assist with construction planning, permitting, site logistics, and coordination activities.
- Perform site inspections and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) while promoting safe work practices.
- Work closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and field operations to support successful project delivery.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or EPC project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work packages simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with field and office teams.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
