Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld high-quality structural steel components and assemblies.
- Work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision and quality.
- Lead a team of fabricators and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain and ensure health & safety compliance on the workshop floor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in fabrication/welding (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
