🎯 What You'll Own
- Estimate heavy civil and bridge fabrication projects
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Estimate labour, materials, and subcontract costs
- Lead bid reviews with senior leadership
- Prepare change orders
- Mentor junior estimators
- Coordinate proposals across estimating, detailing, purchasing, and production

📐 What You Bring
- 8-12 years estimating/fabrication experience in heavy civil/bridge projects
- Ability to interpret AWS, AREMA, AISC COSP, DOT documents
- Strong Microsoft Office + MS Project capability
- Analytical, persistent, multi‑tasking mindset

💰 Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000-$130,000 base
- Up to $150,000 for top‑tier relocation candidates
- 12.5% bonus (based on last year)
