Are you a structural steel pro with a sharp eye for numbers and a passion for precision?
We're looking for a Senior Estimator with deep experience in structural steel to join a growing, forward-thinking company delivering high-profile steel fabrication and erection projects.
🚀 What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for structural steel projects
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams to gather accurate costing data
- Identify risks, propose value-engineering opportunities, and ensure commercial competitiveness
- Lead and mentor junior estimators as needed
🧰 What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in steel fabrication estimating (structural or architectural)
- Solid understanding of steel takeoffs, fabrication processes, and erection methods
- Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Tekla EPM, FabSuite, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
