I'm supporting a rapidly growing U.S. energy and advanced manufacturing company that is investing heavily in its Nevada operations.
They're looking for a Senior Manager - Construction, Self-Perform Electrical to lead their electrical self-perform organization across major industrial construction, plant modifications and shutdown work.
This is a senior, hands-on field leadership role with responsibility for Superintendents and multiple trades crews.
📋The role:
- Lead electrical self-perform construction across Nevada
- Manage Superintendents and multiple field crews
- Own safety, schedule, budget, staffing and productivity
- Deliver electrical, MEP and process-related scopes
- Coordinate plant shutdowns and operational milestones
- Resolve constructability, design and field issues
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement and Project Controls
- Drive projects from preconstruction through completion and start-up
- Coach and develop field leadership and trades teams
✅What they're looking for:
- 20+ years in construction supervision
- 15+ years managing field personnel
- 10+ years in electrical construction as a tradesperson and supervisor
- Strong industrial/commercial MEP experience
- Experience leading multiple electrical and mechanical field crews
- Plant shutdown experience
- Procore, Excel and P6/scheduling knowledge
- Strong safety and field-production leadership
