Business Support Assistant
Gateshead
£11.50 per hour
Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Assistant based in Gateshead. This is a temporary contract working full time hours

The job:

  • Assist the sector with administrative and clerical support tasks
  • Deal with enquiries via members of the public as well as internal and external staff via email, phone and in person
  • Assist with meetings, booking meetings, minute taking, collating and sending reports and agenda
  • General tasks including printing, photocopying, database management and electronic filing


The candidate:

  • Experience of administrative support in a previous role (public/education sector preferred)
  • Minute taking experience required
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
