An established crane and rigging contractor serving Central Florida is looking for a Sales Representative to help grow its presence across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets. The company has built its reputation by delivering lifting and rigging solutions on projects where safety, planning, and execution matter.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for someone who understands the construction industry, enjoys building relationships, and can identify opportunities before they reach the bid stage.

This isn't a role focused solely on responding to enquiries. It's about being in the market, meeting contractors, understanding upcoming projects, and positioning the business as a trusted partner for crane and rigging services.

You'll work closely with operations, estimators, project teams, and decision-makers, helping clients find the right solution while contributing directly to the growth of the division.

πŸ” What You'll Be Doing

* Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, industrial clients, and project stakeholders throughout Central Florida

* Identify and pursue opportunities for crane, rigging, and heavy lift services

* Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and project award

* Conduct site visits and attend project meetings to understand customer requirements

* Prepare estimates and proposals alongside operational teams

* Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while generating new business

* Monitor upcoming construction activity and market developments within the region

* Support annual revenue goals of $2M-$4M through new and existing client relationships

βœ… What We're Looking For

* 3-7 years of experience in crane and rigging, heavy equipment, construction services, precast, structural steel, or related sales

* Proven ability to develop business and build long-term customer relationships

* Understanding of construction projects, heavy lifting operations, or project logistics

* Strong communication and commercial skills

* Ability to manage opportunities independently and work closely with operational teams

* Established contacts within the Central Florida construction market are advantageous
