Sales Representative - Structural Steel & Bridge Systems
Base Salary: $115,000 - $175,000 + Bonus
Territory: New Hampshire & Maine
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth across New Hampshire and Maine. This role focuses on promoting structural steel joists, girders, and deck systems, building long-term relationships with fabricators, brokers, and contractors while identifying new project opportunities early in the design phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the bridge and structural steel markets.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities in industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Promote steel products and capabilities through consultative, technical sales.
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to deliver proposals.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to expand market presence.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and upcoming bid opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in the steel construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Skilled communicator with proven negotiation and presentation ability.
- Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Able to travel throughout the assigned territory.
