💼What This Role Is

This is not a traditional estimating or pricing position. The company is looking for a proactive business development professional who can open doors, build strong relationships, and generate new opportunities. The primary focus of the role is driving new business and establishing strategic partnerships.

🎯Responsibilities

  • Generate new bid opportunities across commercial and industrial markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with target general contractors and owner representatives
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of active prospects
  • Serve as the front-facing representative for complex industrial capabilities
  • Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams to advance opportunities

✅Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6-15 years of business development experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
  • Existing relationships with GCs and owner representatives
  • Steel experience is a plus,
  • Demonstrated success opening new accounts and developing long-term client relationships
