The Role
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy to grow the division
- Building and nurturing relationships with key clients to generate business opportunities.
- Managing the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting through contract negotiation.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including fabrication specialists and senior leadership, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Operating independently to achieve sales targets and divisional growth goals.
The Candidate
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling miscellaneous or structural metal solutions.
- Proven track record securing sales packages.
- Existing network and relationships within the target regions in the North East
- Experience working with top-level metal fabricators, particularly AISC-certified companies.
- Strong ability to work independently, strategize, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.
