🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Perform field safety inspections across active construction projects
* Write and update safety procedures and protocols
* Support project teams with on-site safety solutions
* Participate in safety committee meetings and insurance reviews
* Assist leadership teams during owner and project safety discussions
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 1-3 years of experience within construction safety
* Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and standards
* Ability to write and improve safety documentation and procedures
* Comfortable working across active heavy civil project sites
* Experience with highways, bridges, utilities, marine, or concrete projects preferred
