Job Title: Sales Manager - Residential Roofing

With a reputation for excellence and steady growth in the region, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive continued success in their Tyler, Texas branch.
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will oversee a team of 15-30 sales representatives, project managers and branch staff, ensuring performance goals are met and revenue streams are expanded throughout the Tyler area and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in residential construction, roofing, or related industries. This individual will coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable while strategically driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and training.
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.
- Build strong relationships with customers, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to company leadership.
