£24 per hour (umbrella)
Full Time Contract (3 Months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Recruitment Officer in Hackney. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
- Responsible for all the recruitment processes across all of Children and Families service.
- Variety of tasks including coordinating and overseeing all recruitment processes
- Managing and supporting the development of an apprentice
- Working closely with the corporate recruitment team and working closely with Heads of Service and Service Managers across the directorate to meet their recruitment needs
The candidate:
- Experience working in a recruitment capacity for a local authority is essential
- Experience recruiting for Children and Families is highly desirable
- Understanding of the framework within which the Children and Families Service operates, including legislation, regulations and Government guidance
