Quantity Surveyor - Limerick

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, managing costs, contracts, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget and on time.
What you'll do:
- Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and valuations for projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Liaise with design, site, and commercial teams to manage costs
- Assess risks, contract variations, and commercial strategy
- Support project teams and maintain accurate records and reports
You'll need:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of measurement, cost management, and contract administration
- Experience managing multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
