Responsibilities:
- Oversee fabrication quality to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Communicate and enforce corporate policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Manage daily operations and expectations of plant managers, shop leads, engineers, and project managers.
- Align quality control objectives with production processes to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
- Supervise inspection and testing to maintain consistent quality across materials and products.
Requirements:
- Four-year Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 7 years of experience in CNC machining and fabrication.
- 3-5 years in Quality Control, in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in AISC and ISO environments.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and quality principles, including machining, fabrication, and assembly.
- Proficient in manufacturing management systems.
