The Position:
To develop, implement, and manage quality assurance and quality control processes across various fabrication facilities. This position is critical for ensuring that product quality is held at the pinnacle of importance.

Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain a robust QMS across all steel fabrication shops.
· Ensure compliance with AISC- Advanced Bridge, DOT, and/or other relevant standards and certifications.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality managers, supervisors, and inspectors.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all shops.
· Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished members.
· Conduct root cause analysis on customer complaints and implement corrective actions effectively.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
· 10 years of experience in quality management within the structural steel fabrication industry.
· Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
· Familiarity with AISC, ASTM, AASHTO, AREMA, ASNT, ASME, AWS, RCSC, and SSPC code requirements is crucial.
· Must be experienced in NDE (non-destructive examinations) methods and practices.
· Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a multi-site environment.
· Certification in quality management is highly desirable.
