Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Location: Sparks, Nevada

Core Function:
To oversee the quality department, ensuring supervision is aligned with the organization's policies. Duties include employee training, work planning and assignment, performance evaluation, recognition, and discipline, as well as addressing and resolving complaints and issues.

Responsibilities:
· Investigate and resolve all customer complaints promptly and accurately.
· Collaborate with functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of complaints.
· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the manufacturing of products at the facility.
· Conduct all quality-related training.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in engineering or a related field, and equivalent relevant manufacturing experience.
- ISO experience is strongly preferred.
