🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the plant quality control team and daily inspection activities
* Review welding, fit up, and fabrication work to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Manage NDT coordination and maintain inspection documentation
* Prepare the facility for certification audits and maintain compliance records
* Work closely with production teams, project managers, and external inspectors
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
* Certified Welding Inspector or ASNT VT Level II qualification
* Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy manufacturing
* Previous leadership experience managing quality teams
* Strong understanding of welding inspection and NDT processes
* Ability to read technical drawings and maintain detailed documentation
