To lead the development and submission of high-quality, competitive proposals for large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly for Corps of Engineers and DOT contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals for Corps of Engineers projects.
- Analyze RFPs and RFQs to address specific requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with technical teams, estimators, and project managers to create comprehensive bid packages.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for joint bids or consortium proposals.
- Provide strategic input to improve proposal competitiveness through value engineering and pricing strategies.
- Conduct post-submission analysis to enhance future proposal success rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or at least 5 years of experience in proposal management, ideally in steel fabrication or construction.
- Proven experience in managing relevant construction project proposals.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state procurement processes and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with proposal management software.
