A growing commercial and industrial contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to support planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple active and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for a detail‑driven scheduling professional with strong Primavera P6 expertise and a passion for improving project performance.
📌 About the Role
As the Construction Scheduler, you will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment between field operations, project management, and client expectations. You'll play a key role in identifying risks, tracking progress, and supporting claims and delay analysis.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules using Primavera P6
- Coordinate activity sequencing across multiple trades
- Monitor schedule performance and update timelines regularly
- Identify delays and critical path impacts
- Prepare schedule reports for PMs and clients
- Support claims and delay analysis including EOT submissions
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and site teams
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler (commercial or industrial)
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
- Ability to analyse schedule performance and identify risks
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to work on‑site in North Alabama
- Relocation support may be available
