Core Function:

As an HVAC Project Sales Representative, you will drive business growth by selling large, complex HVAC solutions and equipment upgrades, with a strong focus on the existing customer base. This role combines technical expertise in commercial HVAC with proven sales skills to deliver high-quality service and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales through customer appointments, presentations, and effective opportunity management.
  • Conduct commercial HVAC system surveys, identify issues, and recommend solutions based on industry standards.
  • Develop asset replacement schedules considering factors like efficiency, ASHRAE guidelines, and equipment condition.
  • Use account management skills to foster long-term customer relationships and meet client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team and external suppliers to align on customer expectations, timelines, and equipment availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of proven sales experience, particularly in commercial HVAC.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with building codes.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
