We're working with an established NYC steel fabrication and installation contractor that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to its growing Project Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from the structural steel / miscellaneous metals industry who wants to work on complex, high-profile projects across New York while joining an established, full-service operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
* Salary paying up to $180,000, depending on experience
* Work on high-profile and technically complex NYC projects
* Projects across commercial, institutional/healthcare, industrial and residential sectors
* Strong focus on miscellaneous metals, alongside structural steel
* Exposure to stairs, railings, canopies, structural steel, curtain wall framing and ornamental ironwork
* Full-service capabilities spanning design, engineering, fabrication and installation
* Work alongside an established team of experienced Project Managers
* Modern equipment and technology within a full-service steel facility

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're particularly interested in speaking with Project Managers / Estimators who have:
* Around 5+ years of relevant industry experience
* A background within structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals
* Experience working within the New York steel construction market would be highly advantageous
* The ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced project environment
* Strong communication, organisation and commercial awareness
