What You'll Be Doing
- Manage structural steel projects from estimating through completion
- Prepare bids and quantity take-offs
- Interpret structural drawings and project specifications
- Visit project sites and coordinate with general contractors and superintendents
- Work closely with fabrication, field, and office teams to keep projects on schedule
- Build the knowledge required to independently manage projects from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Experience in structural steel project management and/or estimating
- Background in structural steel fabrication, erection, or ideally both
- Ability to read structural drawings and perform material take-offs
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Construction industry experience is essential
- College degree preferred but not required
