Key responsibilities:
· Oversee and optimize construction budgets by negotiating to reduce costs and save time.
· Coordinate schedules for materials, equipment, and installation to ensure timely project completion.
· Collaborate closely with detailers, estimators, and erectors to streamline project workflows.
· Review, revise, and submit shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Manage time effectively to meet client expectations and address their needs.
· Conduct site visits and attend meetings to stay on top of project progress and address any issues.
· Communicate and coordinate with general contractors, engineers, management, and architects to ensure project success.
Required experienced:
· 4 years of experience in structural and/or miscellaneous steel
· 2 years experience as a project manager
