Project Manager - Commercial Glazing

About the Role
A leading commercial glazing contractor is looking for a skilled Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex glazing and curtain wall projects. This position will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional project outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously, from contract award through completion
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams
- Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment and scope accuracy
- Oversee procurement, fabrication timelines, and installation sequencing
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability goals
- Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
- Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders
- Support estimating and preconstruction teams during project handoff
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Project Manager role within a commercial glazing contractor (required)
- Strong understanding of curtain wall, storefront, and glazing systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
