🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and cash flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Produce project progress reports, financial forecasts, and billing updates.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience within structural steel.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor or specialty contractor.
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
- Strong organisational, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
