Project Manager - Facades / Commercial Glazing

💰 Compensation: Up to $120,000 + Benefits

A well-established and growing commercial glazing and façade contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial glass, curtain wall, storefront, and architectural façade projects. This is an opportunity to join a respected organization with a strong project pipeline and an established presence across the market.

The company operates across the commercial construction sector and specializes in delivering high-quality façade and glazing systems for a range of projects including commercial, institutional, mixed-use, healthcare, hospitality, and large-scale developments. 🧱 Key Duties

  • Manage projects from award through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance
  • Work closely with internal teams including estimating, detailing, engineering, fabrication, and field operations
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, general contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Manage project risks and resolve issues proactively
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with quality expectations

✅ What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial glazing, facades, curtain wall, storefront, or related construction environments
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with commercial construction projects preferred
