Join a well-established structural steel fabricator with a strong reputation for quality, stability, and long-term growth. You'll take ownership of projects from award through closeout, coordinating detailing, fabrication, erection, and client communication to ensure successful delivery.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have real visibility across the business and a clear pathway toward future operational leadership opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage structural steel projects from award through closeout
* Coordinate detailing, fabrication, deliveries, and erection activities
* Review shop drawings, specifications, and change orders
* Monitor schedules, costs, and project performance
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
What We're Looking For
* Structural steel project management experience
* Strong understanding of fabrication, erection sequencing, and shop drawings
* Familiarity with AISC standards and steel construction practices
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
