🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple structural steel and metal construction projects from award through completion
* Coordinate with engineering, detailing, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and overall project performance
* Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
* Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project communications
* Track project risks and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
* Ensure projects progress efficiently while meeting quality and safety expectations
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of project management experience within structural steel or miscellaneous metals.
* Strong understanding of fabrication and construction project workflows
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Experience with construction management or fabrication software would be beneficial
