🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Lead budgeting, procurement, scheduling, and cost control activities
* Coordinate closely with Superintendents and subcontractor teams
* Run client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and reporting standards
