🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
- Oversee budgets, cost controls, scheduling, and financial performance
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and facility owners
- Motivate, mentor, and lead project teams to deliver outstanding results
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining day-to-day operational oversight
- Build and sustain strong long-term client and stakeholder relationships

- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or similar

- Strong resource planning, delegation, and time management skills
- High level of financial and commercial responsibility
