🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Managing multiple structural and misc steel projects from award through close-out
* Coordinating closely with detailing, engineering, production, and field teams
* Owning RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project schedules
* Tracking budgets, forecasting costs, and protecting margins
* Acting as the primary point of contact with clients, GCs, and erectors
* Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across fabrication and field activities
* Serving as the communication bridge between shop, site, and leadership
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven project management experience within structural and/or miscellaneous steel
* Strong understanding of sequencing, risk management, and deadline control
* Comfortable working with detailers, fabricators, and field crews
* Commercially minded with a track record of protecting project margin
* Hands-on, office-based, and accessible to the wider team
